We don't run permanent promo codes — we keep an honest price. During occasional campaigns (e.g. Black Friday) an "I have a code" field appears at checkout.
Fitment
Use the "Does it fit?" checker on any product page. Enter your VIN or Year/Make/Model and you'll get a clear verdict: ✅ fits, ❌ doesn't fit, or ⚠️ verify. VIN is the most reliable — it knows your exact engine and trim.
Some models have several engines (e.g. 1.5L turbo vs 2.0L) that take different parts. Pick yours, or enter your VIN and we detect it automatically.
New 2026 models may not be cataloged yet. Submit a Part Request with your VIN and we'll source it within 24–48h. JDM / imported / engine-swapped vehicles also go through Part Request.

Pricing
Tax is calculated automatically by Stripe Tax based on your shipping address (state + county + city). That's why the exact amount appears only after you enter the address.
OEM = the automaker's original part. OEM-Quality = the same supplier that builds for the automaker, under its own brand — same quality, lower price (our default). Aftermarket = a compatible third-party part. "Cheaper" usually means the same factory without the dealer markup.
Yes — locally (the greater LA area) our own drivers deliver free on orders over $100. For shipping across California and the US, standard parts ship free over $100; heavy or bulky parts (large body panels, suspension, wheels, radiators) ship free over $250; batteries, fluids and other hazmat items carry a handling/carrier fee because of transport rules. The exact delivery cost is always shown before you pay.
No. Our value is fast local availability, curated quality, and mobile service — not racing marketplaces to the lowest price.

Shipping & delivery
In-stock items go out same day if ordered before 2 PM PT (next business day after). Locally (greater LA) our own driver delivers same-day when you order before 2 PM PT; after 2 PM the free delivery is next day, or you can choose same-day "rush" for a small fee if you need it today. Across California and the US, standard Ground shipping takes 3–7 business days.
Local delivery — yes. In our core LA area (Burbank, Glendale, Pasadena, the east/central Valley, NELA) our own driver delivers free over $100 (otherwise a small distance-based fee): same-day before 2 PM PT, next-day after 2 PM, or same-day "rush" for a small fee — and we can even deliver batteries and fluids that carriers won't ship. Nearby neighborhoods (Hollywood, Downtown LA, Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Silver Lake, Altadena) get same-day local express for a small distance-based fee. Pickup is by appointment only — our warehouse is in a residential area, so we can't take walk-ins; contact us and we'll schedule a time with a team member.
Continental US (Lower 48). We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska/Hawaii, or internationally.
First check around (porch, neighbors, mailroom). If tracking stalls 7+ days, we open a carrier claim and send a replacement or refund within 14 days. If it says "delivered" but you didn't receive it, a police report is needed for a replacement (otherwise a 20% good-faith discount on a re-order).
Returns
30 days from delivery. Unopened items in original packaging are the easiest to return.
A 15–20% restocking fee applies to "changed mind" returns. If the return is our fault (defective, wrong item, catalog error), there's no fee and we cover return shipping.
Our fault (defective / wrong / damaged in transit) → we pay (free label). Changed mind / ordered wrong → you pay return shipping.
Installed/used parts (unless defective), electrical parts after installation, and opened gaskets. Items with a core charge (batteries, starters, alternators, calipers, steering racks) follow core return rules.
After we receive and inspect the item, Stripe refunds take 3–10 business days back to your card. Store credit is instant.
Mobile service
Use Book mobile service — pick your vehicle, the service, your address and a time slot. We come to you within the LA service area (about a 20-mile radius from Burbank).
An OBD-II scan + visual inspection + report. The $99 applies a $30 credit toward a follow-up repair booked within 14 days.
6 months or 6,000 miles (whichever first) on both labor and parts we installed. If it's a covered defect we fix it free; if the inspection shows it's not our fault (wear, accident, another shop), a $99 diagnostic + standard repair rates apply. See warranty details.
You get a 100% refund plus an automatic $25 goodwill credit toward your next visit.
Reschedule for free more than 24h ahead (once, in your Cabinet). Within 24h, call us. Customer cancellations under 24h carry a 10% retention fee.

Apply for a trade account. Minimum $200/month in purchases. Pricing is negotiated individually; new accounts start prepay, with Net terms granted manually after a payment history.
