No missing parts or visible damage that affects resale condition
 Items not meeting these requirements may be rejected and returned at the customer’s expense.
2.3. Non-Returnable Items
 The following items are not eligible for return, unless otherwise required by law:
Products that have been installed, used, or modified
Items damaged due to improper handling or installation by the customer
Opened electronic components
Items that are non-returnable under applicable law
3.1. Defective or Damaged on Arrival
