  • Items not meeting these requirements will be returned to the customer at their expense.

  • Items damaged due to improper handling by the customer.
  • Opened electronic components.
  • Items otherwise not returnable by law.

3. Defective Products and Exceptions

Defective or damaged items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery, or longer if required by law (e.g., implied warranties).
