1. Search for Parts

You can find and purchase auto parts using the following methods:

  • By part number (SKU)

  • By vehicle details: make, model, year — or by submitting a VIN request

  • By brand: browse our catalog by manufacturer

  • Or contact us directly for assistance


2. Add Products to Your Cart

Click “Add to Cart” on the product page.
You may add multiple products from different categories.


3. Review Your Cart

Click the “Cart” link at the top of the page to view added items.
Adjust quantities or remove items as needed.
Make sure the items you wish to purchase are selected before proceeding.


4. Proceed to Checkout

Click the “Checkout” button to start the order process.
You may place an order without registering.
However, creating an account gives you access to order history, exclusive promotions, and faster checkout in the future.


5. Enter Contact and Delivery Information

Provide your full name, phone number, email address, and shipping details.
Select your preferred delivery method:

  • Free local delivery (orders over $100 within eligible areas)

  • Free national shipping (orders over $500)

  • Or choose a specific carrier if available
    Shipping costs will be calculated automatically after selection.


6. Review and Confirm Your Order

Before finalizing, double-check:

  • Item list and quantities

  • Delivery option and cost

  • Any additional instructions or comments

Guest users will need to enter their full contact details to proceed.


7. Place Your Order

Click the “Place Order” button.
You will receive an on-screen confirmation and a follow-up email.


8. Submit a Request to the Seller

If you cannot find the part you need or are unsure about compatibility, you can easily submit a request:

  • Through the Submit a Request to the Seller form on the website

  • By email: dir@adoreparts.com

  • Via WhatsApp by clicking the banner titled Assistance with finding and selecting auto parts

Please include:

  • VIN number

  • Vehicle make, model, and year

  • A photo of the part (if available)

  • A brief description of your question or issue

We will verify compatibility and suggest the correct part or alternatives.


9. Order Processing and Updates

Once payment is received, your order will be processed within 1–2 business days.
You will receive email and/or SMS notifications as your order status updates.
Registered users can track orders through their account dashboard.
