1. What products do you sell?

We offer new and used auto parts and accessories for both passenger and commercial vehicles. We also help you choose the correct parts by VIN, make, model, and year. Browse at adoreparts.com.


2. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are typically processed in 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). Shipping begins within 1 business day after processing; total delivery time depends on carrier, destination, and item availability.


3. Do you offer free shipping or delivery?

Yes. We have two tiers:

  • Orders $100+: Free local delivery to Burbank, Glendale, San Fernando, North Hollywood, and Studio City (often same day; subject to stock and confirmation).

  • Orders $500+: Free shipping across the contiguous United States.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships (or is scheduled for local delivery), we’ll email you tracking details or delivery confirmation. Questions? Email dir@adoreparts.com.


5. Can I return a product?

Yes. Most items can be returned within 14 calendar days of delivery if unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging. Items that are installed, used, modified, or opened electronics are not returnable unless required by law. 6. What if my item arrives defective or damaged?

Contact us within 14 days at storage@adoreparts.com. We’ll help with a replacement, exchange, or refund. If the item is confirmed defective or damaged on arrival, return shipping is covered by us (as required by law and per policy).


7. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover

  • Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App Pay

  • Bank transfer (wholesale customers upon request)
    All applicable sales taxes are calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.


8. Do you collect my personal information?

Yes—only what we need to serve you: name, contact details, shipping/billing info, order history, and limited technical data (like IP, cookies) for site function and security. 9. How do I stop receiving marketing texts?

Reply “STOP” to any text message. You can also email dir@adoreparts.com and request removal. Marketing SMS are sent only if you opt in (up to 5 per month; standard carrier rates may apply).


10. What happens if I have a dispute with AdoreParts?

All disputes (including those about orders, payments, privacy, or returns) are resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis in Los Angeles County, California, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
