1. What products do you sell?

We offer new and used auto parts and accessories for both passenger and commercial vehicles. You can explore our full selection at adoreparts.com.

2. Where do you ship?

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are processed in 1–2 business days, and delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination.

3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Free shipping is available for orders over $500. For details and any promotional terms, check our website or Shipping Policy.

4. How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. If you have questions about your order’s status, contact us at dir@adoreparts.com.

5. Can I return a product?

Contact us within 14 days at storage@adoreparts.com. We’ll issue a replacement or refund and cover return shipping costs for defective products.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank transfers (wholesale customers only). Any applicable sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout.
