 We ship within the United States only.
1.2. Estimated Delivery
Order processing: 1–2 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Shipping starts within 1 business day after processing.
Actual delivery times may vary by carrier, destination, or unforeseen delays.
1.3. Free Shipping
 We offer two tiers of free shipping:
Orders over $100 qualify for free local same-day delivery to Burbank, Glendale, San Fernando, North Hollywood, and Studio City (subject to availability and order confirmation).
Orders over $500 qualify for free shipping across the contiguous United States.
 Final delivery time depends on item availability, location, and carrier performance, and is confirmed during the ordering process.
1.4. Legal Compliance
 Complies with U.S. and California laws, including CCPA/CPRA.
1.5. Liability
 We are not liable for carrier or third-party delays, loss, or damage, unless required by law.
2.1. Tracking
 Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
2.2. Risk of Loss
 Risk transfers to the customer once the carrier takes possession, unless required by law.
2.3. Lost Packages
 If your package is lost, we will assist with replacement or refund, subject to carrier policies and investigation.
2.4. No Liability for Third-Party Delays
 We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, unless required by law.
Disputes related to shipping must be resolved by arbitration under our Terms of Service. You waive court actions and agree to individual arbitration.
